A little about me.

Life, for me, has been nothing short of an adventure—a journey through extremes, across landscapes both literal and figurative. Each experience has shaped me, but the common thread has been an ever-deepening commitment to growth, peace, and presence through consistent, intentional living.

Two years ago, I stepped away from medical school at Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine, where I was pursuing both an M.D. and an M.B.A. Since then, life has been a kaleidoscope of experiences. I’ve lived back and forth between the East and West coasts and my home state of Ohio. I’ve worked as a chemist in the Mojave Desert, scaling mountains and reforming my identity along the way. I’ve started business ventures, immersed myself in writing and reading, and committed to deep, personal self-work.

My background reflects this restless curiosity. I graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, earning Honors and Research Distinction. Alongside academics, I found fulfillment in leadership and service—co-founding Buckeyes 4 Youth Health, serving on the Buck-I-SERV Leadership Board, and volunteering over 1,000 hours with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and COVID-19 Test-Kit Assembly during the height of the pandemic.

Professionally, I’ve worn many hats. I progressed from a volunteer researcher to lab manager at Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center, co-leading several funded projects. I worked as an Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief and Reviewer for the Journal of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, publishing and presenting on topics ranging from augmented reality in medical imaging to the long-term impacts of COVID-19. Recently, I took on contract work with Cambium, optimizing aerospace-grade carbon fiber composites.

Entrepreneurship has become a core passion. Currently I'm immersed in my business, Backstage Bond, aimed at empowering content creators to build their dream businesses without upfront costs. Along with this I run AI seminars for educators. Most recently, I’ve started a nonprofit supporting individuals with borderline personality disorder, offering meaningful experiences to those often overlooked.

Beyond work, I find joy in mountaineering, rock and ice climbing, golfing, and, always, reading. Each summit reached, each book finished, each quiet moment of reflection reinforces my belief: life’s richness lies in embracing the journey, not just the destination.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that reinvention is always possible. The path may twist and turn, but with intentionality and presence, every step becomes part of a story worth living.
